Kauche Co., Ltd., which operates the shopping app “Kauche,” will begin system integration with “LOGILESS,” an automated e-commerce shipping system provided by Logiless Co., Ltd..
This collaboration will allow businesses that centralize their shipping operations with “LOGILESS” to utilize “Caushe” as a new sales channel without increasing the workload of order processing or inventory management. Through integration with external systems, Caushe will lower the barrier to entry for businesses and deliver products from even more businesses to customers.
According to the “FY2025 Market Survey on Electronic Commerce” published by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on October 21, 2026, the domestic B2C e-commerce market size in 2025 is projected to reach 27.6 trillion yen (a 5.5% increase from the previous year), indicating continued expansion. On the other hand, the e-commerce penetration rate in the physical goods sector is only 9.8%, a mere 0.02 percentage point increase from the previous year. For e-commerce businesses, it is crucial to expand their customer touchpoints in addition to existing sales channels.

However, as sales channels increase, the burden of order processing and inventory management for each channel also increases, and in many cases, the operational structure becomes an obstacle to expanding the number of stores. Caushe has been working to reduce the operational burden on stores by integrating with external systems. In the process, we received requests from businesses that were already using “LOGILESS” saying, “We want to open a store on Caushe while keeping our operations up to shipping centralized in “LOGILESS,” which led to this collaboration.
