Net App is now officially an NFL team, as it announced its partnership with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This adds another NFL team to its portfolio and will extend the reach of Net App’s intelligent data infrastructure technology to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team. The partnership strengthens Net App’s position as an Official NFL Partner.
The partnership was launched after the Buccaneers’ first regular-season game for the 2026 season on September 13 versus the Cincinnati Bengals. The team announced plans to employ the partnership to streamline its daily operations and fan engagement, including the game day experience at the stadium.
Net App’s technical capabilities are already deployed with high-performance capacity to serve demanding workloads in the NFL, such as game video data used by football operations and club management teams. The collaboration demonstrates how data infrastructure can assist sports teams to handle large data while remaining high performing and reliable.

As sports organizations increasingly depend on data for operational decisions and fan engagement, reliable infrastructure is becoming an important part of managing complex, data-intensive environments. The partnership extends NetApp’s work with the NFL while supporting the Buccaneers’ efforts to make better use of data across their operations.
