Boomi and Jade Global have expanded their partnership to help manufacturers move AI agents from proof-of-concept projects into full-scale operations across factories, supply chains and core business systems. The offering combines Boomi’s data platform and Agent Control Plane with Jade Global’s manufacturing solutions and Industry 4.0 framework.
Where it becomes hard for manufacturers to scale AI Operational The data is not stored in one central data lake but it is stored in the systems of ERP, Manufacturing execution, Product Lifecycle Management, Quality and Warehouse management and also from the suppliers. Without any transparent audit trails, adding agents to mission critical operations becomes a challenge.
This joint venture deals with such challenges using the following features – Synchronization of operation data that includes inventory, supplier, equipment and quality data ensuring that the agents operate with the most current information. Governance, Audit Trails and Human Approval processes can be done on risky operations like modifying a purchase order and setting production holds.

Third, vendor can locally, regionally and in the cloud as per latency, location and sovereignty requirements. Fourth, Jade Global will provide implementation framework for managing supplier exceptions, maintenance follow up and supply-demand adjustment.
