KEBA Acquires Transtechnik for French Market Growth

KEBA Group has entered into a definitive agreement to take over Transtechnik SAS, an automation specialist from France, in order to boost its footprint within France’s industrial automation sector. The acquisition deal, inked on 15th July 2026, will see Transtechnik join KEBA as a wholly owned subsidiary within its Industrial Automation business unit, conditional upon clearance from regulatory authorities. The closing of the transaction is slated for autumn 2026.

Transtechnik, founded in 1987, offers automation engineering, system integration, and commissioning services for such sectors as cosmetics, packaging, and food industry. Transtechnik will retain its brand, location and workforce, while the deal is expected to expand KEBA’s direct support for French industrial customers.
