KADODE Corporation has been selected as an OpenAI Select Partner in the OpenAI Partner Network, a global program that brings together companies building and implementing AI solutions with OpenAI.
Headquartered in Tokyo’s Minato-ku, KADODE helps businesses move from AI planning to implementation. Its services cover AI strategy, business transformation, system development, implementation and employee training.
Through the partnership, KADODE aims to help businesses make better use of OpenAI’s technologies and integrate AI into their daily operations. The company plans to focus on helping organisations improve productivity with GPT-6 and turn business goals into completed work through ChatGPT Work.
However, although many organizations have successfully moved away from merely experimenting with AI, implementing it on a large scale within the business process is another problem. Organizational problems include difficulty in determining where AI is best used, taking AI initiatives past proof of concepts stage, implementing them into their existing processes, and making sure their workforces can utilize these technologies.

According to KADODE, these are some of the problems that they have had to deal with and have been able to address through helping companies implement AI in all stages of their workflow. Its selection as an OpenAI Select Partner will further strengthen this approach, combining OpenAI’s technology and expertise with KADODE’s implementation capabilities.
For the future, the company intends to grow in areas of AI strategy consulting and implementation, AI agent transformation, employee reskilling, and constant improvements of AI application in the organization.
KADODE has also started educating all its engineers on how to develop using AI as a part of their approach towards building the company that is AI-centric. The goal of the company is to assist clients in connecting AI projects to business needs and achieving tangible outcomes from them.
