Ficilcom Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the release of an MCP integration function for companies in its job change service “Otameshi Tenshoku,” which allows job seekers to experience actual work before joining a company.
This feature allows users to check, draft, update, publish, and remove job postings for “Trial Job Change” from an AI app compatible with MCP.
When creating a job posting, you need to organize various pieces of information, such as job description, experience details, work location, and trial period, and put them into writing. Even when reviewing or updating existing job postings, you need to open the management screen, find the relevant job posting, and edit it.

On the other hand, opportunities to use AI for writing and organizing information are increasing, and in recruitment operations, there is a growing desire to directly integrate conversations with AI into job posting management.
Therefore, “Otameshi Tenshoku” now supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), a common standard for connecting AI apps and external services. By speaking to an MCP-compatible AI app that you normally use, you can proceed with everything from checking job postings to creating, updating, and publishing them.
