Enkei Corporation has officially adopted VisionVoiceLog, an AI-powered daily report and analysis system from VisionVoice Inc., marking the company’s first paid implementation of the platform.
The adoption follows a trial that began in April 2026 and moves into full use from July. Enkei will initially use VisionVoiceLog during new graduate group training, allowing employees to record daily observations, concerns, and learnings through reports that are then visualized and analyzed using AI.
After training, the system will keep running in multiple departments. Managers will be able to view employee updates and follow each person’s growth over time. The goal is to help them see how things are going and to plan follow ups that fit the employee.
This rollout also signals a wider change in HR. The work is moving toward using AI on everyday feedback so it can be sorted into clear takeaways. Those takeaways will be used for training, keeping people engaged, and handling workforce needs.
