GMO AI & Robotics Trading Co., Ltd., a member of the GMO Internet Group, will introduce the “GMO Humanoid Ambulance,” a maintenance vehicle specifically for humanoid robots, in September 2026.

The “GMO Humanoid Ambulance” is Japan’s first dedicated vehicle that responds to malfunctions and troubles involving humanoid robots, providing on-site diagnosis, repair, and replacement. It will be used for the maintenance of the robots introduced by GMO AIR. In the era when humanoid robots become fully operational in society, a system that can rush to the scene when a robot stops will be essential. GMO AIR is proactively acquiring and owning the infrastructure necessary for that future, and will accumulate knowledge by actually using it.
