Infodio Becomes Cybozu Product Partner, Expanding AI OCR Integration with kintone

Infodio has been certified as an official Product Partner of Cybozu, a move that expands the company’s integration with kintone, Cybozu’s business improvement platform. Its AI OCR plugin, DenHo for kintone, has also been listed in the Plugins and Integration Services section of the official kintone website.

DenHo for kintone connects kintone with DenHo, Infodio’s AI OCR cloud service that supports compliance with the Electronic Bookkeeping Law. Users can upload invoice and receipt images or PDFs to a kintone app, with the system automatically extracting information such as customer names, transaction dates and amounts before registering the data in kintone.

The plugin uses a template-less AI OCR approach, meaning companies do not have to set reading positions for every document format. Infodio’s proprietary OCR engine is also designed to process blurry, distorted and smartphone-captured images.

The integration can support several business processes, including expense reimbursement, invoice management, matching order data with delivery notes or invoices, department and project cost management, and centralized management of documents covered by the Electronic Bookkeeping Law. It can also work with kintone’s application and approval workflows.

The Product Partner certification strengthens Infodio’s collaboration with Cybozu and its efforts to combine AI OCR with kintone. Going ahead, the company plans to explore wider uses of its AI technology with documents and data held within businesses, including automation of business decisions and processing.
