Time Creators Inc. and Seiko Solutions Inc. will start a joint proof-of-concept for TierX, an AI-native project management platform, in September 2026. The companies will test how AI can understand an entire project and support project managers with faster, better-informed decisions.
The need is clear as system development projects become larger and more complicated. Project information covering progress, issues, quality, risks, and communication is often spread across different tools and documents. Remote work and multi-vendor development have made it even harder for project managers to spot changes and risks early.
Time Creators will bring its project management experience from system development and ERP implementation projects to the PoC. Seiko Solutions will contribute its generative AI and AI agent technologies, along with expertise in security, system integration, and operational infrastructure.

The PoC will simulate an actual system development project and examine AI’s accuracy in analyzing project status, its ability to identify risks early, and its potential to reduce the workload of project managers. The companies will also assess whether AI support can improve decision-making and overall project productivity.
The results will be used to refine TierX’s functions, AI analysis, and user experience. The companies aim to put the platform into practical use in system development environments by 2026, with plans to eventually extend it to project management across other industries and business areas.
TierX is meant to be a way for teams to work together, not a swap for project managers. The AI side will sort through and make sense of big piles of project data. Project managers and other people stay with the parts that need judgment, back and forth talks, and final calls.
