Office Concierge Co., Ltd., a provider of business systems specializing in the construction industry, began offering “Valena Cloud,” a core business integration system for the construction industry, on September 1, 2026.
This product is the successor to “Valena DX,” which has been offered since 2015 and has been implemented in over 500 companies and has over 4,000 licenses. In addition to the core system that handles everything from quotation to payment, we are simultaneously releasing 10 specialized apps that are independent for each business function, such as on-site work, attendance, billing, and sales. They can be installed in the order in which they are needed and automatically connect around the construction project. Furthermore, we have prepared a “customization-free” option that allows unlimited customization of the entire integrated system for a fixed price.
Having specialized in the construction industry for 11 years, and having observed it at over 500 client sites, we’ve confirmed that IT-related challenges appear in almost the same order across all companies.

First, IT implementation progresses individually for each task. Estimates are done in Excel, attendance is recorded with time clocks, invoices with accounting software, and on-site communication with chat apps. This is a rational evolution, but once it becomes widespread, the following dissatisfaction arises: humans are manually connecting the different tools. The effort of transcription cancels out the benefits of individual IT implementation. This is where “integration” becomes a challenge, but the conventional options have all tended to hit a dead end.
