The bureau says it is trying to boost how the organization runs. It also wants a work setting that feels simpler and gives staff more satisfaction. Its new system will support performance evaluations, employee profile and skills management, and career path planning. The initiative follows the bureau’s 2025 announcement of its Mission, Vision and Values and Management Strategy 2030. Deloitte Tohmatsu will also support the system’s implementation and stable operation.
