KOKUYO’s electronic document distribution system @Tovas has started integrating with Nippon Telenet’s cloud-based fax distribution service, AUTO Form EX. The move targets a very practical issue in B2B operations, where fax is still used to exchange orders and other important business documents.
@Tovas already uses redundant fax networks to maintain service availability for customers that depend on fax-based workflows. The new integration is intended to strengthen that infrastructure by connecting the system with AUTO Form EX, which is designed for reliable document fax distribution.
For many companies, this shift is mostly about reducing downtime. It is not just swapping out old steps. You can still use the fax style that people already know. At the same time, you can automate how documents get sent. That helps make delivery more dependable.

KOKUYO says the integration will expand its distribution infrastructure and support the secure delivery of important documents. It also aims to help companies move forward with digital transformation without forcing them to immediately abandon fax, which remains embedded in many B2B processes.
The development shows a more realistic side of business digitization. Even as companies adopt newer digital tools, older channels such as fax continue to matter. Improving the infrastructure around those workflows can therefore be just as important as replacing them.
