Robit Inc., a provider of cross-solutions integrating AI, software, and hardware, is pleased to announce that it will take over the manufacturing business of its parent company, Cosm Inc. , effective August 1, 2026, and integrate the businesses of both companies into one.
As a result of this transaction, the manufacturing-related business area previously held by Cosmom will be consolidated into Robit, transitioning to a system that handles everything from product development to service provision. Cosmom will continue to exist as a separate company, focusing on group management and governance. This integration is not a reduction in business, but rather an organizational restructuring aimed at bringing together the technological capabilities and business driving strengths that both companies have cultivated to date into a single system, enabling faster and stronger value delivery to customers.

Robit and Cosm established a capital relationship in December 2025 through Cosm’s acquisition of Robit as a subsidiary. Since then, they have been working to build a sustainable and high-quality value delivery system by combining Robit’s AI visual inspection technology and development capabilities with Cosm’s business promotion capabilities.
Through the collaborative operation of development, sales, and support functions between the two companies, we concluded that consolidating the business operations into a single entity was the best way to improve the speed of decision-making and maximize the value provided to the field.
