Loan Vision has launched Luna, an AI assistant built directly into its mortgage accounting platform. Trained on Loan Vision’s documentation, configuration logic and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Luna provides users with answers and step-by-step guidance in plain language. Luna basically handles stuff like troubleshooting, system setup configuration, reporting, plus integrations and those process walk through that people keep asking about.
The point is mainly to lower the need for a handful of internal experts who end up being the go-to people for platform knowledge, even when they are swamped. Instead of users having to dig through documentation or open support tickets, they can just get help right inside the system they already use, which sounds simple but it’s different.

Luna also feels like it’s pointing to a bigger change in enterprise software, where AI is getting built into core workflows instead of being sold as a separate add-on.
