Schoo Co., Ltd., which is working to bring about social change starting with online learning and education, will begin offering “LoLLL Build,” a recruitment support service for local companies that will be developed by its wholly owned subsidiary, LoLLL Co., Ltd., prior to the launch of LoLLL Co., Ltd.’s business.
This service identifies the specific recruitment challenges of each local company and then handles the necessary recruitment tasks. Through efficient and high-quality operation utilizing AI, and the accumulation of recruitment know-how, we support companies in building a system that will enable them to manage their own recruitment activities in the future.
Background of the service launch
Against the backdrop of a declining birthrate, an aging population, and the over-concentration of population in Tokyo, securing human resources has become a serious management challenge for regional companies.
On the other hand, many companies lack the resources to assign dedicated recruitment staff, and in many cases, managers or on-site supervisors handle recruitment activities in addition to their regular duties.

With the diversification of recruitment methods and the increasing complexity of tasks such as creating and improving job postings, sending out recruitment messages, and handling applicant inquiries, companies are finding it difficult to dedicate sufficient time to recruitment activities and accumulate expertise within the organization.
Since 2015, Suku has been involved in regional revitalization projects, supporting human resource development and career building through collaboration with local companies and municipalities. In the process, we have frequently encountered challenges faced by local companies, such as “being unable to recruit the necessary personnel” and “being unable to continuously operate recruitment activities,” even before considering training.
To address these challenges, we are launching “LoLLL Build” to not only handle necessary recruitment tasks using AI, but also to help companies accumulate business flows and recruitment know-how within the company, and to support the transition to a system where they can manage their own recruitment activities in the future.
