Micromates Launches Copilot Studio AI Agent Service

Micromates has launched a new service that helps businesses build and manage AI agents internally using Microsoft’s Copilot Studio. Starting July 29, this offering includes business process mapping, AI agent design, going live with deployment, and operational backing, so companies can go from outsourced build-outs to real in-house ownership. Teams can kick off with smaller efforts too, and those can get delivered in as little as three months.

This release lands while a lot of businesses are still trying to turn generative AI investments into tangible business results, but they run into the usual barriers like not enough know-how and unclear execution directions. Micromates is tying business process analysis together with AI deployment support, with the idea that organizations will be able to shape AI agents that actually match everyday workflows, speed up knowledge access and keep growing internal AI know-how over time, rather than depending on outside development teams all the way through.
