Ascend Co., Ltd. launched its corporate mobile call management service, “RecACE plus for Mobile,” on July 7, 2026.

“RecACE plus for Mobile” is a service that automatically records business calls made on mobile phones while out and about, traveling, visiting clients, or working from home. It provides integrated support for transcription, AI summarization, classification and tagging, notifications, and memo sharing. While landline calls can be managed effectively, mobile calls tend to be handled individually by each employee, making it difficult for the company to record, share, and verify them. This service eliminates the “black box” of business calls and supports operations that leave a record of company management.

Background of the launch

Business phone communication is no longer limited to landlines.
