Rebase has partnered with ONDO to launch instabase × Co-Creation, a new service that combines venue booking with event planning and operations under a single point of contact. The offering is designed to lower the strain on event organizers, who usually end up coordinating a bunch of vendors even after they secure the venue, and then it just keeps going.
With this new service, companies can get real backing for venue selection, planning, production, on-site management, and payment handling, all in one place. Venues are pulled from Instabase’s network of more than 47,000 spaces across Japan, while ONDO’s Co-Creation team supports the planning and the actual event execution. Rather than juggling separate vendors, plus separate invoices, customers partner with one unified team and get a single consolidated bill.
The service also shifts much of the operational responsibility away from organizers on the day of the event. ONDO’s team handles registration, coordination, and issue management, allowing internal teams to focus on the event itself rather than logistics.

Rebase says the partnership, combines Instabase’s nation-wide venue network with ONDO’s 15 years of event production experience to make larger more complex events, easier to organize. The available venues sort of range from conference halls and studios all the way to hotel banquet spaces, and even cinema chains, which gives businesses more flexibility when planning seminars, corporate meetings, exhibitions, and other big-scale events. This partnership also sort of mirrors a wider movement toward integrated event management services that cut down on operational complexity for organizations.
