SHIN4NY Co., Ltd. and Sound & Vision Technologies Co., Ltd. will begin offering “Care Cube Insight” on July 7, 2026. This new version of Care Cube, which visualizes stress and mental health from 3 seconds of audio, is equipped with a feedback function using personalized reports generated by AI, an organizational analysis function, and a statutory stress check function.
With the expansion of the mandatory stress check system mandated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and the increasing adoption of the Health Management Excellent Corporation Certification System, companies are now required to continuously monitor their employees’ mental health and provide appropriate care. However, traditional stress checks are generally conducted only once a year, making it difficult to grasp the ever-changing psychological state of employees and signs of distress in a timely manner.
Amidst these circumstances, Care Cube, an AI voice analysis service that analyzes stress levels and emotional changes from just 3 seconds of audio, has been used by more than 30 companies to date. Previously, the measurement results were fed back in the form of numbers and graphs, but we received numerous requests from users who wanted to know “what the numbers mean in text” and “to be shown in an easy-to-understand way what actions to take next.” This led to the use of generative AI and the expansion of functions with the aim of “changing the behavior of people and organizations.”

The company has focused on developing technology to measure stress and emotional states from voice.
