Rabbitly has entered a capital alliance with AI marketing company Itera, marking a shift from a traditional development partnership to a closer business relationship. As part of the deal, Itera has acquired a 20 percent stake in Rabbitly, making it an affiliated company. Rabbitly’s Representative Director, Yuki Mori, has also joined Itera as Director and CTO.
The move is aimed at speeding up AI product development by bringing management, business, and engineering decisions under a single structure. Rather than following a contract-based model where development starts only after requirements are finalized, both companies want development teams to work directly toward business outcomes and shorten the cycle from planning to product improvements.
Rabbitly has already worked with Itera on products including Itera SNS, formerly known as SHORTBOOSTER, and HP BOOSTER, which automate marketing tasks using AI. The companies said the previous arrangement created delays in setting priorities and finalizing product specifications, making faster iteration difficult.

Under the new structure, Rabbitly will remain an independent development company while taking a more active role in product strategy and execution. The partnership will also focus on building expertise in AI product and AI agent development, strengthening engineering teams through joint recruitment and training, and creating a development model where engineering is directly tied to business performance rather than simply delivering software on contract.
