Ricoh Japan just rolled out the Meeting and Business Negotiation Recording AI Utilization Pack, which is meant to make it easier for businesses capture, organize, and actually use conversations that happen in meetings and with clients.
Starting July 1, 2026, this package brings together AI powered transcription and summarization along with groupware like tools, so that those meeting notes can become searchable business knowledge. Rather than spending hours fiddling with meeting minutes, teams can automate the documentation part, and also link those records with customer and project data, for a smoother follow up.
