Jitera Inc., which provides the AI context platform “Jitera,” is pleased to announce that it has entered into a business alliance agreement with Japan Web Service Co., Ltd., which develops comprehensive ICT services (consulting, system development, DX support, etc.).
Through this partnership, we will combine Japan Web Service’s expertise in “ICT solutions, system development, and DX support” and its network of five locations nationwide with our development capabilities and AI technology of our “AI Context Platform,” thereby creating a system that provides end-to-end support to locally-based companies, especially medium-sized companies in the manufacturing sector, from DX support to the self-sufficiency and in-house development of AI in business and development processes.
Background and Objectives of the Strategic Partnership
As DX (Digital Transformation) initiatives accelerate, many companies, particularly local and regional manufacturing companies and mid-sized enterprises, are increasingly seeking to break away from reliance on external vendors for their systems and proactively utilize IT in-house. However, many companies are unable to take the first step toward in-house development or AI utilization, and their transformation efforts stall.

To address these challenges, we have entered into this partnership to create an environment where more companies can realize practical DX and AI utilization. This will be achieved by combining Japan Web Service‘s “supportive collaboration capabilities,” which have been built through deep trust relationships with local companies across five locations nationwide (Osaka, Tokyo, Nagoya, Yokohama, and Kobe), with Jitera‘s “overwhelming development speed and technical capabilities powered by AI.”
