Fibergate Co., Ltd. has introduced two AI tools, a “Sales Role-Playing Bot” and a “Proposal Feedback Bot,” developed by outstanding interns at a US university, in order to streamline daily business processes and promote the in-house development of the latest AI technology.
In this project, by employing students studying data science and other related fields at the core of development, we have significantly reduced costs from development and implementation to operation, while also achieving rapid internal digital transformation.
This project was launched with the aim of reducing costs and establishing in-house capabilities in the development, implementation, and operation of AI technology.

This time, we have developed two AI tools to support the skill improvement and operational efficiency of sales staff: a “Sales Role-Playing Bot” and a “Proposal Feedback Bot.” These tools are designed not merely as a technology implementation, but with the top priority given to solving on-site problems and user convenience.
