Hitachi Solutions, Ltd. will begin offering the “Knowledge Utilization Application for Facility Management”, which supports the transfer of skills in facility management work, from March 4th.
Equipment management work for buildings and facilities faces challenges such as the time required to confirm work procedures and the insufficient transfer of expert knowledge. This system links equipment information with expert knowledge and inspection-related documents to accumulate knowledge. Equipment managers can efficiently acquire knowledge about the equipment they are managing by interacting with an AI agent via their smart devices. This speeds up responses when abnormalities occur and standardizes work quality.
This system was developed using the next-generation AI agent “Frontline Coordinator – Naivy”, jointly developed by Hitachi, Ltd. and Hitachi Plant Services, Ltd. Furthermore, through a demonstration at Hitachi Real Estate Partners, Ltd. as Customer Zero, the system’s effectiveness in improving work efficiency and transferring skills through the accumulation and utilization of knowledge has been confirmed.
