CrossLog Co., Ltd. has begun collaborating with NSIPS® for its home medical care schedule management service, CrossLog.
As the demand for home medical care increases in recent years due to the aging population, the importance of home-based services, such as home dispensing, is also increasing year by year for pharmacies. However, there is also an issue of an increased burden on pharmacies due to an increase in complex tasks that differ from traditional pharmacy work, such as coordinating visit schedules and managing travel time.
Our schedule management service, Crosslog, has been helping to streamline these visit operations, but in response to an increase in inquiries and adoption from pharmacies that perform visit dispensing, we have implemented an NSIPS® integration function to further improve work efficiency.

The addition of this NSIPS® integration function makes it possible to import patient information (such as name, date of birth, address, and phone number) entered into the prescription computer into CrossLog. This reduces the burden of double registration of patient information and improves the efficiency of administrative work during home visits.
