NTT DATA CCS Corporation will begin offering Tsunagi AI, a generative AI agent platform developed by Japan Electronics Computing Company Ltd. and NTT DATA Corporation. The move targets a real pain point in enterprise AI adoption. Many companies struggle to securely connect generative AI with internal systems and business data. Tsunagi AI is positioned as a solution that moves beyond experimentation and into execution.
The platform connects internal data and external applications to enable AI driven business process support. It allows employees to automate responses to internal inquiries, search large document repositories instantly, and streamline routine workflows such as applications and calculations. Driving manual intervention, with much fewer mistakes at a faster and consistent rate.
Tsunagi AI includes built in authentication and authorization controls for corporate environments. It’s no code and low code capabilities allow non IT teams to build AI chatbots and business agents. The organization will implement automation through system integration with WinActor and DX Suite.
