transcosmos has opened BPO Center Okinawa Urasoe in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture, to strengthen its managed service operations. The new facility serves as a specialized center which provides IT infrastructure and system monitoring and managed operations and troubleshooting support.
As companies accelerate digital transformation, demand for system development and stable IT operations continues to rise. Enterprises are modernizing core systems and digital applications, which increases the need for reliable, round the clock operational support. The new center addresses this shift by expanding transcosmos’ service delivery capacity in managed operations.
The Okinawa Urasoe center will work alongside the transcosmos Okinawa IDC and MSP Center Okinawa, which has provided managed services since 2007. This integrated model aims to ensure continuous operations backed by existing expertise and infrastructure.
