Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA announced a long-term strategic partnership aimed at establishing a shared industrial AI architecture to support cross-industry, mission-critical applications.
Through this collaboration, Dassault Systèmes’ virtual twin technologies will be integrated with NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure, open models, and accelerated software libraries. The goal is to create scientifically validated digital representations of the real world for industrial use, enable new modes of collaboration and decision-making, and support professionals with AI-powered virtual companions on the agent-based 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
As part of the initiative, Dassault Systèmes, via its OUTSCALE brand, is deploying an AI Factory aligned with its sustainable, data-sovereign cloud strategy. Built on NVIDIA’s advanced AI infrastructure across three continents, the OUTSCALE AI Factory expands the ability to run AI models directly on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform while ensuring data privacy, intellectual property protection, and data sovereignty for customers.

In parallel, NVIDIA will leverage Dassault Systèmes’ Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) technology to design the AI Factory itself. This effort begins with the NVIDIA Rubin platform and integrates with the NVIDIA Omniverse™ DSX Blueprint for large-scale AI factory deployments.
The combined infrastructure is designed to power next-generation industrial virtual twins by using NVIDIA’s open models and libraries. This integration is expected to unlock new capabilities across a range of domains, including biology, materials science, engineering, and manufacturing.
In life sciences and materials research, the integration of the NVIDIA BioNeMo™ platform with Dassault Systèmes’ BIOVIA scientifically validated world models will support faster discovery of new molecules and advanced materials. In engineering and design, SIMULIA’s AI-based virtual twin physics behavior, powered by NVIDIA CUDA-X™ and AI physics libraries, will enable more accurate and immediate outcome prediction. For manufacturing, incorporating NVIDIA Omniverse physical AI libraries into DELMIA virtual twins will support the development of autonomous and software-defined production systems at factory scale.
The partnership also enhances the user experience on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through virtual companions. By combining NVIDIA AI technologies, including the NVIDIA Nemotron™ open model, with Dassault Systèmes’ industrial world models, these agent-based companions will provide industry-specific context, trusted insights, and operational efficiency at industrial scale.
This announcement builds on an existing collaboration between Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA and reflects their shared long-term vision for how industrial AI should be developed, validated, and deployed through the combination of virtual twin technologies and pan-industrial AI platforms.
The partnership was unveiled at 3DEXPERIENCE WORLD 2026, Dassault Systèmes’ annual event for the global design and engineering community. Dassault Systèmes CEO Pascal Daloz and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang are scheduled to appear together on stage on Tuesday, February 3, at 9:00 a.m. CST to discuss how AI will shape the future of industry, with the session to be made available on YouTube.
