Works ID Inc., a company that supports digital transformation for companies, will begin offering “Works Connect to neoAI Chat,” a plugin on Thursday, February 5, 2026, which seamlessly connects “kintone,” provided by Cybozu Inc., with “neoAI Chat,” a generative AI from neoAI Inc. that utilizes technology from the Matsuo Laboratory at the University of Tokyo. This service provides an environment where kintone users can naturally benefit from AI within their existing business processes without having to worry about complex instructions (prompts) to the AI.
Recently, many companies have been introducing generative AI, but major challenges to its adoption in actual business operations include the “effort of entering prompts” and “integration with internal data.” In fact, survey results show that businesspeople spend an average of 1.6 hours a day “researching and searching” for information necessary for their work, making reducing this unproductive time an urgent issue.
