REGALI has started API integration between its customer experience platform LEEEP and E-Store ShopServe, the supported e-commerce system provided by Estore. The aim is simple. Cut down the manual work behind reviews and point campaigns that quietly drain e-commerce teams every day.
Reviews and UGC are now table stakes for driving trust and conversions. But the process around them is still messy. Review requests take time. Execution depends heavily on people. Timing often ignores real purchase behavior like shipping status. These gaps were especially visible among ShopServe users who wanted a cleaner way to manage review initiatives at scale.
The new API connection addresses that head on. Product data such as names, images, and pricing sync automatically so review requests always reflect current information. Order data links in a way that allows review requests to trigger not just by order date, but by shipping date as well. Member data is also connected, making actions like point allocation for reviews fully automated.

The result is fewer manual steps and more consistent execution. Teams can design review flows that actually match customer behavior, reduce operational load, and improve review collection rates without adding new complexity.
REGALI plans to expand the scope of data and feature integration based on feedback from ShopServe users. The broader intent is clear. Turn reviews and UGC from one off tasks into repeatable systems that support long term e-commerce growth.
