Dr.JOY Introduces Hospital DX Implementation Service

Dr.JOY Inc., with the mission of “giving all medical professionals the next step,” will begin offering a “Hospital DX Implementation Support Service” with support for utilizing subsidies to help hospitals improve their business environment and promote medical DX.

Taking into account the subsidies included in the government’s FY2025 supplementary budget proposal, this service will support hospitals in preparing to utilize various subsidies according to their circumstances, while also supporting the introduction of our services such as appointment bookings for medical examinations and health checkups/hospital-clinic collaboration, mass SMS sending/support for collection of unpaid bills, AI phone calls, and attendance management.
