H2Corporation, the company behind the construction-focused automated estimation platform AI Estimation, has completed a Pre-Series A extension round. The round was led by NEA, a global venture capital firm managing approximately 28 billion dollars in assets. Existing investors Spiral Capital, JAFCO, MetaProp, One Capital, and Boost Capital also participated. The funding amount has not been disclosed.
At the center of H2Corporation’s business is the AISekisan Platform, also known as AISP. It serves as a system of record for estimation and order management in the construction industry. The platform has been built in collaboration with major building material and component manufacturers, distributors, general contractors, and specialized construction companies. According to the company, AISP allows customers to process hundreds of thousands of estimates efficiently and at lower cost, moving away from legacy systems that have long slowed the industry down.
The platform is designed as an AI-native foundation, powered by H2Corporation’s proprietary domain-specific AI. Core functions are integrated from the ground up, while still allowing flexible customization to fit different operational needs across the construction value chain.

The newly raised capital will be used to significantly expand the company’s U.S. forward-deployed engineering and customer success structure, targeting a tenfold increase. Investment will also go into strengthening core R&D to further improve the performance of its AI models and algorithms, as well as expanding AISP’s functions and modular capabilities. Hiring will accelerate across AI engineering, software development, product management, and Go-To-Market leadership, including the buildout of a global GTM framework.
Founded in November 2020, H2Corporation reports 500 percent year-on-year growth over the past year. Adoption is progressing among major domestic building material manufacturers, trading companies, general contractors, and subcontractors. The company currently has 97 employees, including part-time and contract staff.
