Now, by incorporating “SANUS AI,” which combines advanced AI analysis, the AI ​​can automatically analyze and score messages from emails and chat tools (mainly Gmail, Slack, Outlook, Teams, etc.), enabling “Context Audit” that goes beyond simply checking whether a log exists and delves into the content of the message.

This allows “AI Manager – Communication Audit and Improvement Suggestions” to visualize previously invisible factors such as an organization’s communication capabilities and the risk of fraudulent accounting and harassment as quantitative scores, ensuring the reliability of non-financial information.

In addition to scoring, an audit and improvement report is automatically generated and output for all employee communications that meet certain conditions, showing the reasons for the evaluation and specific corrective measures, taking into consideration the employee’s job type, the company’s vision, and its mission.
