ChatSense Adds Automatic Prompt Generation to Simplify and Improve Enterprise RAG Accuracy

KnowledgeSense Inc. has released a new Automatic Prompt Generation feature for ChatSense, its secure generative AI service designed for business use. The feature is available from December 19, 2025, to all users on ChatSense’s business plans and is aimed at making retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) easier and more accurate, even for non-experts.

ChatSense is widely used by more than 500 organizations, including Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime–listed companies, as a secure way to deploy ChatGPT in enterprise environments. Its “Additional Learning” option allows AI to generate answers grounded in internal data such as company rules, manuals, and documents stored in Box or SharePoint. However, achieving high accuracy previously required carefully crafted system prompts, which demanded prompt-engineering knowledge and a deeper understanding of AI behavior.

The new Automatic Prompt Generation feature addresses this barrier. Users simply describe what they want the AI to do in plain language, and ChatSense automatically generates an optimized system prompt within seconds. These prompts can be applied directly to RAG settings or edited as needed, significantly reducing setup time while helping to control hallucinations and improve response reliability. KnowledgeSense plans to continue enhancing ChatSense with beginner-friendly features that accelerate practical enterprise AI adoption.
