WalkMe Inc., a leading Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a business partnership with Tokyo System House Co., Ltd., a provider of IT services.
Through this partnership, the two companies will jointly promote new DX support services that focus on the “establishment phase” after system implementation. By combining Tokyo System House’s long-standing expertise in business system construction and operation support with WalkMe’s globally proven digital adoption technology, the two companies will strongly support the establishment of corporate transformation.
Tokyo System House is involved in the planning, development, and operational support of core systems in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and the public sector, and has deep knowledge of corporate business processes. This track record in system implementation and operational support is aligned with the direction of DX promotion in the “establishment phase” that WalkMe supports, and we believe that collaboration between the two companies will enable more effective support for corporate digital transformation.
