Hitachi Solutions Create, Ltd. will begin offering the “Operational Support Service for Hitachi Data Platform” on December 2nd, which will provide system operation support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by utilizing the Hitachi EverFlex data platform provided by Hitachi Vantara, Inc.
With this service, Hitachi Solutions Create’s system engineers, who are well versed in system operations, will support customers with system operation tasks such as operation management, resource management, and equipment installation.This is expected to reduce the operational burden on customers, allowing them to use the time saved for more creative work, such as focusing on their core business, creating new businesses, and developing human resources.
