IVRy Inc. is pleased to announce that it has raised a total of 4 billion yen in Series D funding through a third-party allotment of new shares to existing and new investors. This latest round of funding brings the total amount raised to 10.61 billion yen.

Through our conversational voice AI SaaS “ivry,” we have been promoting operational efficiency and digital transformation for telephones, a core social infrastructure. The declining workforce facing Japan is now an urgent management issue for all industries. In response to this serious social issue, we have been working to solve on-site issues by using AI to automate and streamline telephone answering. Our system has been adopted in over 97 industries across 47 prefectures, from clinic reservations and restaurant reservations, to first-line phone reception and contact centers for major companies, and is experiencing rapid growth at a pace that exceeds T2D3.

Recent advances in LLMs (large-scale language models) have made it possible to utilize unstructured data such as phone calls, emails, and chats, which was previously difficult to utilize. This has accelerated the efficiency of on-site operations through AI dialogue, particularly at enterprise companies, and expectations are rapidly growing that communication data, which represents the voices of customers accumulated daily, can be used as a new management asset to drive business growth.
Going forward, to achieve our mission, we will promote the use of AI to process communication data, which is the voice of customers, which has traditionally been difficult to utilize due to its unstructured nature. Through this funding, we will accelerate our entry into the enterprise field and, with our new service “IVRy Data Hub” at the core, contribute to both business growth through improved operational efficiency and data utilization.
