Puraritown Inc., a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc., and PeopleX Inc., a company that uses AI to solve HR issues from recruitment to support for employees’ success, have entered into a new partnership. Through this partnership, our company will provide the AI service group “PurariWorker.”
AI technology has made great strides in recent years, and it is no longer limited to simple tasks such as data processing; it can now support people’s thoughts and actions through real-time conversations, and help them grow by drawing out their abilities. These technologies offer new solutions for companies dealing with labor shortages and striving to improve productivity, and many companies are increasingly using AI.
In this environment, we have decided to leverage the strengths of our company, Purari Town, which supports companies in resolving management issues and digitalization, and PeopleX, which is developing cutting-edge AI technology, to launch “Purari Worker,” which supports problem-solving through the use of AI. Through this service, we will help companies, including SMBC Group Purari Town customers, alleviate labor shortages and improve business efficiency by using AI.
