NTT DATA Group company Japan Electronics Computer Co., Ltd. announced the enhancement of “Tsunagi AI,” an AI agent platform service jointly offered with NTT DATA Corporation. The service will add new functions enabling plug-in functionality and integration with external systems and applications, and will begin rolling out at the end of October. “Tsunagi AI” is a SaaS-based AI agent platform service that combines LangGenius ‘s LLM (large-scale language model) app development platform “Dify,” with Japan Electronics Computer Co., Ltd. and NTT DATA’s proprietary features tailored to Japanese companies. Users can create workflows tailored to their own business processes and view the rationale and execution steps of each process as a “process agent,” achieving high transparency and business efficiency.
This enhancement supports version 1 of “Dify,” the underlying platform for “Tsunagi AI.” This enables the introduction of plug-ins and integration with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) client function, facilitating previously difficult automation of complex business processes and advanced AI agent integration. Additionally, a new “Basic Plan” has been introduced for companies considering small-scale deployments, starting at 960,000 yen per year for 10 users. While it comes standard with security features such as role permissions, authentication and authorization, and multi-factor authentication , the simplified features allow for easy implementation. The beta version will be available from the end of October, with the official version scheduled for release in December.

For the Basic Plan, a “Basic Paid PoC” campaign will be held for companies that start using the service by December, offering a three-month plan starting at 240,000 yen, instead of the usual 12-month contract. Additionally, those who start using the service by the end of November will receive the first month free. Furthermore, the company plans to continue enhancing the functionality and convenience of “Tsunagi AI,” and as part of this feature expansion, it plans to roll out a linking function with the RPA solution “WinActor.” This will make it easier to create RPA scenarios through “Tsunagi AI,” and also enable AI support for error handling during scenario execution.
