Realsoft Corporation has agreed with Infor Japan Co., Ltd. to launch the “CSI Accompanying Support Service,” which provides comprehensive support for the Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP package for the manufacturing industry, from engineer training to operation, maintenance, and technical support.
This service integrates the “development training” and “operational and technical support” that RealSoft has provided up until now, and provides comprehensive support. For CSI (SyteLine) user companies and partner companies, it maximizes the benefits of introducing the system and supports long-term use and in-house development.
Background to the creation of this service
As the adoption of CSI (SyteLine) expands, especially in the manufacturing industry, RealSoft has received many of the following challenges from its customers and CSI (SyteLine) implementation partners.

Lack of know-how and resources to make the implementation project successful
