Mico and Porters Partner with LINE for HR CRM Solutions

Mico Inc. and Porters Inc. have signed an agreement to become “PORTERS Solution Partners” for their LINE collaboration.

We will further strengthen the collaboration between Mico’s LINE marketing tool “Mico Engage AI” and Porters’ business support system for recruitment and staffing agencies “PORTERS.” By linking job seeker data between LINE and PORTERS, we aim to increase the number of interviews, job offers, and utilization by responding more quickly to the needs of each individual.
PORTERS will provide a CRM system for managing job seekers, while Mico will provide services such as “Mico Engage AI,” which enhances segmented delivery tailored to job seekers, and LINE’s 1-to-1 chat function. By linking the two systems, data obtained through LINE can also be reflected in the CRM system.

By connecting communication data with job seekers with a CRM system, you can communicate using data.

What you can do with Mico and PORTERS

PORTERS centrally manages job seeker data obtained via LINE and utilizes this information to reduce the workload of career advisors, while optimizing communication to meet the needs of job seekers, contributing to an increase in the number of applications and success rate.
