We have begun API integration between “Kaonavi,” a talent management system provided by Kaonavi Inc., and “GrowOne HR SX/Payroll SX” provided by Nissaycom Inc.
This will seamlessly link human resources data and payroll data, eliminating duplicate entries and making it easier to understand the relationship between employee abilities and treatment.

This collaboration will synchronize information between the two systems in real time, resulting in more efficient operations. In addition, salary information will be displayed on our talent management system, “Kaonavi,” and we can expect to see new uses for data, such as analysis comparing ability and compensation.
