The MoU seeks to boost the companies’ global skills and support growth in the nanosatellite industry. It will also help ArcEdge Space build a strong business base for launching its global microsatellite constellation services.

- Ground Station and Operational Collaboration: The partners will look into shared use of global ground stations, even those outside Asia. They will also work together on satellite operations.
- Technology and Data Sharing: Both parties will look for ways to share technologies. This includes satellite bus systems, payloads, and mission data. The goal is to boost mutual capabilities.
- Japan-Norway Collaboration: This agreement aims to boost cooperation between Japan and Norway. It focuses on using satellite data and conducting scientific missions.
