They signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kongsberg Satellite Services AS (KSAT). KSAT is based in Tromsø, Norway. The MoU seeks to boost the companies’ global skills and support growth in the nanosatellite industry. It will also help ArcEdge Space build a strong business base for launching its global microsatellite constellation services.

The agreement highlights areas for collaboration between the two companies on next-generation nanosatellite missions:
- Ground Station and Operational Collaboration: The partners will look into shared use of global ground stations, even those outside Asia. They will also work together on satellite operations.
- Technology and Data Sharing: Both parties will look for ways to share technologies. This includes satellite bus systems, payloads, and mission data. The goal is to boost mutual capabilities.
- Japan-Norway Collaboration: This agreement aims to boost cooperation between Japan and Norway. It focuses on using satellite data and conducting scientific missions.
