Yoom Inc., the developer and operator of Yoom, a hyper-automation tool that automates all desk work, has begun API integration with Paysys, an online payment system provided by Metaps Payment, Inc.
With this API integration, it is now possible to link Paysys with the more than 500 tools that Yoom is integrated with, automating the entire process of payments.
By significantly reducing manual tasks, we can expect a drastic improvement in productivity.
Create a payment URL using the information submitted in the form
This is a flow where once data is entered into an input form such as Yoom or Google Forms, a payment URL is created and sent using Paysys.

By simply submitting the required information using your form tool, you can send the payment URL via email or SMS without having to operate Paysys.
Create a payment URL when CRM reaches a certain status
This flow creates and sends a payment URL when CRM information is updated to a specific status and notifies the team.
It is also possible to insert an approval flow for the person in charge along the way, or add a note with the payment URL in the CRM.
