Heartcore Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a memorandum of understanding on a business partnership agreement with Silver Egg Technology Inc. with the aim of strengthening its digital marketing platform in the CMS field.
Through this partnership, the two companies will jointly explore the development of services that leverage the strengths of both companies, such as AI technology and UI/UX know-how, through the OEM provision of Silver Egg’s recommendation engine, “Aigent Recommender.”
Silver Egg provides a recommendation service that utilizes its proprietary AI (artificial intelligence) technology. Its advanced personalization technology connects businesses and consumers, helping to maximize customer lifetime value.

Heartcore is currently focusing on strengthening marketing functions in the CMS field and is developing a digital marketing platform.
As one of these features, we have decided to equip HeartCore CMS with a recommendation function that will strongly support conversion improvement.
As part of this function, we plan to provide an AI-powered real-time recommendation service that incorporates Silver Egg’s “Agent Recommender” and learns user behavior information to predict needs. By providing personalized content in real time, we aim to improve conversion rates and optimize customer experience.
In recent years, consumer and user behavior has become more complex, and expectations have changed dramatically.
In order to improve customer experience and satisfaction in response to the increasing complexity of information gathering and purchasing behavior, the diversification of purchasing paths, and changes in the time frame until purchasing decisions, new approaches are required in addition to traditional mass marketing and targeting methods. In order to meet these needs, this partnership has concluded a basic agreement with Silver Egg to release a new version of HeartCore CMS and is proceeding with the joint development of the service.
This allows AI to learn user behavioral information and item data (products, content, etc.) to provide optimal personalization for each individual in real time. This will provide strong support for maximizing conversions and optimizing customer experiences. Going forward, the two companies will combine their knowledge and technology to jointly develop businesses aimed at new customer experiences and provide value, and will continue discussions to specify the service content, delivery methods, and user support system.
