GMO Payment Gateway Integrates Forter to Boost Approvals

GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. , a GMO Internet Group company that provides comprehensive payment and financial services, will implement "Forter," a fraud detection service based on global transaction data provided by Forter, Inc. (Co-Founder & CEO: Michael Reitblat, hereinafter referred to as Forter), into its comprehensive online payment service "PG Multi-Payment Service". This implementation utilizes Forter's real-time judgments in the credit card payment flow. In accordance with the authorization logic of Japanese card companies and the operation of EMV 3-D Secure (3DS), the system is optimized for the Japanese market, and executes everything from transaction blocking according to risk to automatic application of 3DS in one flow.
