Revcom and BELLSYSTEM24 have started a strategic collaboration to make customer conversation data usable across corporate sales activities. The goal is to integrate insights from all sales channels, including field sales, in-store sales, inside sales, phone calls, and web conferencing, into a single, analyzable dataset. Until now, face-to-face conversations have been largely a black box, with outcomes depending on the experience of individual sales representatives. By combining Revcom’s voice analysis AI ‘MiiTel’ with BELLSYSTEM24’s BPO expertise, the two companies plan to digitize and centralize all customer interactions. This will make it possible to extract success patterns from veteran sales reps, develop talk scripts, and inform broader sales and marketing strategies.
