Gen-AX Launches “X-Boost” AI for Contact Center Support

Gen-AX Co., Ltd., which supports business reform with generative AI (artificial intelligence), will begin offering “X-Boost (Cross Boost),” a generative AI SaaS that helps improve the efficiency of inquiry response operations for contact centers and back office departments, on January 23, 2025. “X-Boost” is a generative AI service that allows adopting companies to continuously improve the accuracy of AI by utilizing their own data and “cultivate” AI to suit their own company. Gen-AX’s parent company, SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “SoftBank”), will sell the service by leveraging its strong corporate customer base, and the two companies will work together to provide strong support for the introduction and operation of “X-Boost” and support companies’ AX (AI transformation).
