Arctic Wolf Japan LLC has deployed its Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense for Toei Digital Lab Co., Ltd., and the move is less about adding more tools and more about fixing how security is actually managed day to day.
Toei Digital Lab handles post-production work across films, TV, and distribution. That means critical systems running constantly, with very little room for disruption. Until now, they were running multiple antivirus tools separately. It worked, but managing everything together was messy, and for a small IT team, it quickly turns into a time sink.
The new setup combines endpoint protection and detection across roughly 150 devices, with continuous monitoring running in the background. The primary alert system modification works because it processes alerts through new handling methods. The system filters out unnecessary signals to present only the most critical information to the team.

That changes the equation. The team is not stuck reacting to every alert. They can focus on real risks while the system handles the routine load.
This location marks the point where many security systems fail. The system generates excessive alerts because it uses too many security tools which create confusing situations. The main objective of this project requires us to achieve a basic goal. Fewer distractions, more control, and a setup that does not overwhelm the people running it.
